Hmm, was that Bonus Bank 2 I saw? When shall we get it? I like the formant pad, very soothing.

Re: PsyBass:WobblyBobbly2 broken??
Yeah no need to rush on my account. My project isn't critical, in fact it had been on the backburner for a while and I just decided to give it a listen again out of the blue to see if it was worth progressing. I have other stuff I can work on and anyway I'm not a commercial artist, so take your time...

Re: PsyBass:WobblyBobbly2 broken??
Thanks for looking into it. Disabling the MidiTrig module which modulates the envelope also seems to fix it. Or is that what you meant by the amp modulator?

[FIXED] PsyBass:WobblyBobbly2 broken??
Hey Kasper, can you check out the Wobbly Bobbly patches in your PsyBass bank with the latest KarmaFX? It seems the latest update broke these patches and I had an unfinished project that was using Wobbly Bobbly2 that is now broken. I haven't tried uninstalling and installing an older version ye...

Re: How did the online update work for you?
The update itself seemed to work fine for me on Ableton Live 7.0.14. The only thing is I did get an app crash after closing Live. I don't know if it is related but that very rarely happens.

Novation Nocturn automap for KarmaFX
Ok, this is not a patch specifically. I have created a simple Automap mapping for the Novation Nocturn for use with KarmaFX. I mapped the 32 customizable KarmaFX controller knobs to the Nocturn's rotary encoders, across 4 pages. I figure I'd share it because it may save others some time if they have...

Sustain pedal support?
Hi,
Is it possible to get sustain pedal functionality working? If so, how?
I did a search and saw that it was asked once before but never answered.

Thanks.

it will work if you use a VERY limited notation, mostly octaves, and frankly its just better if you use osc's with different octaves :P then again, you have more control in the notation... its true though that there should be a poly thing in pattern, just like in notepitch... That's all I'm trying ...

Actually more like this:
http://stashbox.org/143323/dm-wftn-clip.mp3
But I'm not trying to copy it, but to give a different take. Before I can work on any of that though I have to get the... pulses/sequences/whatever you want to call it, working and preferably polyphonicaly.

Need help with a patch
I'm trying to make a simple pad, which will have movement in the background, provided by an oscillator going up and down octaves. I have a proof of concept here, just to get the octave jumps going: http://shup.com/Shup/46770/octavatetest.FXP It seems to work ok in mono mode, but if I set it to have ...

[FIXED] Kasper, here is the problem patch
http://stashbox.org/141019/303like27p1.FXP Here is the patch I am having issues with in Reaper. The thing is, while I was building up my project I was going by it sounding that harsher, more dis...

BUG?: Patch sounds different after project load
Since you fixed the last bug I figure you needed something to do, so I found another bizarre bug for you. Actually this one is very strange. How to begin... I took that "303 like27" patch from the Bass bank and modified it, removing the pattern controller and making it so I can play...

BUG? Karma crashing Reaper
Ok, this one is going to be tough to pin-point because it is intermittent. I'm not sure if it's a problem with KarmaFX or my host, Reaper. I was working in one of my projects and started auditioning presets to see if something would fit. I was going through the Leads bank, patch by patch. I discover...

(Kasper if this topic is considered out of line, feel free to delete it) I'm suffering from a little 'gearlust' at the moment. (If you can call software gear, lol). I own a Roland Juno 60, which is sadly in storage in another state. I saw that someone made a free VST to emulate the sound and it seems pretty accurate to me. I turned off the Pattern module. I added a Note P...

This may well not be a bug, but I am totally confused as to why this isn't working for me. Here's the scenario: If I load the patch Pads:Strings, and add a Midi Data Module I am able to MIDI Learn a wheel on my keyboard successfully. I then route that module to control the envelope's filter cutoff. ...

Kasper, Some time ago I got Karma partly because I thought it would be a good way to learn more about synthesis and modular synthesis, and partly because the sounds it can create are quite interesting. Correct way to install 1.01?
Sorry if this is the incorrect forum.
How should I install 1.01? Should I install it on top of the old version? Should I manually delete the old version first? (I think I recall reading somewhere that the uninstaller was disabled for 1.0)
Will my patches/banks be retained?
Thank you.

First off, I just wanted to say that I had no intention of buying another VST anytime soon, because I thought I had enough. But after foolishly  installing the demo I was blown away and had to buy it. I didn't think I would get on with a modular setup, due to the complexity, but I love the ...
