well...the 303 is an awesome and unique instrument, so if that is THE sound your after, I recommend you get hold of a good 303 emulator or better yet, the real thing!
However, if you want something similar, perhaps with a slightly different sound to it, then it's totally possible to achieve something that sounds 303'ish, by hooking up a saw osc to a 303like filter with some fast exp envelopes assigned to cutoff and amplifier. As always, you can spice up the sound with eq, distortion, reverb and delay.
