Hi! :D The sampler has a "record mode" 8) , so you can record whatever input is fed into the synth. Note, however that currently you can only edit and save it inside the synth and play it back...not export to .wav :? . But maybe it will suit your needs?! Here's an interesting thought.... ...

I just wanted to pop in and ask if you have any near future plans to make KarmaFX synth portable (so that it can run from a flash drive).

yeah. I'm sure you a referring to "portable apps", no? Not really sure what the difference is, except to use an ini file instead of the registry, but I'll try to look into it. That would be the majority of it, I'm sure. Also, the paths for everything would need to be somehow kept together...

Hello, Would it be possible in future versions to place the following files/folders under a programs folder rather than within the vstplugins folder? Skins folder with all its .dlls KarmaFX Synth Core.dll I know it's prolly no biggie but these showup as unloadable in Cubase and I'm always confusing...

In the worst of the case you can copy the registry of Karmafx on the usb key and double click the reg file when the usb key plugged to the target computer. Possibly, but it's not a clean solution.
