Another bug (sorry)
There seems to be something strange going on with the freq knob on the oscillator. Try this: connect an osc to an amplifier and the amplifier to a note pitch. Set the note pitch mode to poly2, set the freq to snap and to, let's say 1 semitone. Now play a scale. Something very chaotic results. I can ...

This is really cool. However, I think there is a bug somewhere. Try setting the range to 4 octaves and snap to semitones. It is not possible to set the frequency to 5 semi. At 14, it's 4 semi, at 15, it's 6 semi. Sounds like some rounding error. Actually, I played with it some more with a tuner atta...

Triggering
Is there any way of triggering an envelope other than through midi? I want to be able to trigger an envelope with the step sequencer.

Awesome. Both work. So now, I have another question :D The Envelope module does not seem to have a release stage. When I release a key, it completes the whole envelope no matter where it is. Is this intentional? Or maybe it is there but I don't know how to activate it? I am just starting to use it a...

It sounds like it should. Cool. I will try it as soon as I go home. Would it be possible to add a switch to ADSR to do the same thing? Envelope is great but it is sometimes an overkill. It sound like this is 3rd envelope option: 1. default (negative), range -[max, 0] 2. bipolar, range [-max, max] 3....

I did (and I love it). However, it has the same problem. The maximum value corresponds to a 0 voltage and 0 in the envelope corresponds to a negative voltage. So, let's say I want to modulate the filter cutoff frequency. Let's say the cutoff slider is in the midde, 63. Depending on the modulation va...

Envelope offset
Is there a way to add an offset to an envelope? I would like the starting voltage to be 0 and reach +max at the end of attack. I found it very confusing that the there is modulation at the beginning of the envelope.

I am sorry but this doesn't make sense. The mono mode is emulating a monophonic synthesizer which has only one envelope generator. A single envelope generator cannot be running a sustain phase and an attack phase at the same time. Playing a new note will retrigger the envelope and you will loose the...

I investigated. Minimoog: 1. legato: does not retrigger env. for old note 2. non legato: does not retrigger env. for old note Ensoniq ESQ1: 1. does not retrigger env for old note Alesis ION: 1. legato: does not retrigger 2. non legato: retriggers I would probably either add an option or go for not t...

Hmmm. I don't think that the old note should retrigger. But it may be an option. When I go home, I will check my synths and maybe the documentation of some older synths. It should use portamento to go back to the old note though. While I am asking for features, how hard would it be to add an option ...

Mono mode problems
Forgive me if this sounds ignorant. I ran into a problem using the monophonic mode of the pitch controller. If I a hold a key (let's say, a bass note on the lower register) and start playing another note, most of the VSTs and VAs I am used to would revert back to the bass note once I release the hig...
