it sure sounds like the bug that was present in 0.95b...but I havn't experienced it since....so I thought it was fixed in 0.95c! I don't think you're doing anything wrong. I'm guessing it just freezes "out of the blue", i.e., you don't do anything special to make it happen....in that case ...

...please make sure you are using 0.95c, not 0.95b !?

also, in what way does it crash ? does it hang/freeze the computer, does it reboot, or does it crash cubase?

maybe i misunderstand, but "start" and "length" modify start and end of the sample loop, and they can be modulated and automated...

if you mean the sustain loop points....then in that case, no they cannot (currently) be modulated....

no you didn't....but this is usually caused by patching modules togheter in an infinte loop. To correct it turn down the volume in the loop or cut some wires...then turn off the overflowed module and then on again....

Great work!...but I think the bank is broken....(it only contains one patch)
actually I'm pretty sure fxb export doesn't work (while fxp export does)...instead you should propably zip the entire bank directory and upload. sorry :oops:

you should already be able to do that ?!....ie link scale and bw to external controls....right click and select control submenu.
i've just tested...seems to work fine.
if you want you can the assign the selected control to a midi controller of your choice for live tweaking madness... :D

the automation does not morph..it simply switches waveform...for morphing one should propably set it up using a the mixer.

ok....I see your point...will take it into consideration. hmmm..perhaps, should it only be local for a sample in multi mode? sf2 import is not well polished if thats ehat you mean ...it simply reads the samples, the rootkeys, the velo-ranges...grouping linked stereo samples to stereo, but thats it.....

havn't been able to reproduce this bug yet...have tested on two machines under Live 5 and Live 6, without any "luck"... :shock:

Bug in version 0.95

Seems there is a new bug in KarmaFX Synth v.0.95 that will make it hang (deadlock) in certain situations.
I've only seen it happen once, and I havn't found out why yet, just wanted to let you know... :oops:

As soon as its fixed I'll release an update.

doh, actually it occurred to me, that you don't have to use the envelope follower since the compressor already has that built-in (i.e., attack/release), so just route your signal to sidechain and mix it in.

you should be able to...havn't tried it though :-) basically you need to route the noise to an envelope follower, and send that signal to "sidechain" in the compressor. Then make sure you turn the input/sidechain mix knob all the way to the right (full sidechain). let me know if you get it...

About the notepitch, a general setup is: Generator->Filter->Amplifier->Controller(Notepitch)->Effect. ie. last in signal chain ...

Thanks for the request....actually, you are not the only one asking for this :) Next release (coming out later this month) will have lots of extra new reverb presets. This might (or might not) be what your'e after. It's not exactly doing spring emulation you see, but still worth checking out. I'll c...
