1) Formant Filter KarmaFX 0.93b EnergyXT 1.40 Any patch with a formant filter makes no sound - if I turn the formant filter off, everything works OK. On one computer, I get a loud click whenever I turn it on and off. To reproduce just route a signal through a formant filter. 2) Line Levels KarmaFX ...

Would it be possible to make this user-definable? I'm trying to do a skin via reshack (though my gfx talents aren't particularly great and haven't been exercised in a long time, so I can't promise anything) and it would be helpful to be able to choose the colour. If not though, how about picking a c...

yes the random lfo does exactly what i wanted - for some reaon i had not noticed it and had tried to use a noise osc - duh still can't get the sampler to free run though, i can only get it to work by giving it an initial midi note and letting it run in 'loop' mode - which is no hardship... i'll get...

1) a sample and hold module so i can use a noise source to give a random value - good to fully randomise the sample position ;-) I may be getting you wrong, but doesn't the LFO module with the random waveform suffice for this function? As audio and modulation signals are interchangeable in KarmaFX,...

I want to save settings of modules in files.. Also, I'm reconsidering the volume control/inverter on wires idea. It is not free though, i.e., the signal has to be processed for each wire, so in many cases it might actually consume more cycles, but I'll consider it. btw: I'm currently optimizing par...

I'd really like a copy/paste for whole modules. I just about understand Alexeus' suggestion for per-line modulation signal sliders. I think it's a good one. Mainly for the reason that being able to control the modulation signal per connection could cut down the number of modulation modules used. I v...

Awesome news! This will be so nice - whenever I load old projects with lots of automation of KarmaFX parameters, I always forget which cutoff etc. is which.karmafx wrote:Already made that ...will be in next release.robenestobenz wrote:More than extra slots, I'd love to be able to name the parameters.

Re: My (Not So Bad) Feature Requests
Key Tracking For Comb Filters (even if it's mono) - I know there's a work around using the midi input controller, but it's hard to get it tuned correctly & it takes 3-4 chained to make it effective. Yeah, would be cool. Having the comb filter pitch reported in frequency would be useful as well....

Do you mean automation which you record into your host by moving the parameters you want within the VST? The normal automation method works for me in Live and EnergyXT. If you right click and assign a parameter to one of the 32 control numbers, Karma should then publish an automatable parameter to t...

Couple of FR's
Hey there everyone. God it's late, I shouldn't be messing around on the net and with Karma right now. Anyway, just a few things I thought of recently. Invert modulation flag for a module's slider/knob Say I wanted a patch where playing higher notes lowered a filter's cutoff while pushing up a distor...

Yes, there is another option: Simply ctrl clicking like you would if you had to create the wire again will remove that wire ! However, this is not intuitive, so I plan to make this different somehow. Havn't really come up with a better way yet though. ps: Be careful that you don't accidently create...

You can increase or decrease mod depth (center position is standard) so it should be possible to create a modulator that modulates resonance and cutoff simultaneously, but at different levels with just one mod depth knob. you mean using the mod depth knob for the cutoff? but how do you independentl...
