Yeah, if you tie it to something like cutoff, resonance or LFO speed etc, you can get some really expressive sounds. It brings a synth's expression a bit closer to real instruments by offering more variety in the way you can choose to play a note.

Ah, I wish my keyboard had aftertouch.

Matt: It's a feature which lets you send out controller data by exerting and easing pressure on a key after you've played it's note.

I always figured this was deliberate, as Karma's a kind of simulation of an analogue modular synth. Like the way there's enough low-level noise that you can get some to self oscillate by pushing up a filter's resonance.

I avoided the more recent ADSR thread becasue I wanted to stay away from "the per" voice thing. Visually, the ADSR appears to be behaving correctly, and the Release modifies other destinations, such as the cutoff on a filter, just fine. How come? It's just I'm so used to this behaviour fr...

I use feedback loops quite a lot in my patches, actually. You've just got to be careful with the volume faders (or use a compressor). I've nearly blown my ears to hell, but it's never crashed because feedback, I must say.

Warnings wouldn't be a bad idea though, as long as you could disable them.

Key Tracking For Comb Filters (even if it's mono) - I know there's a work around using the midi input controller, but it's hard to get it tuned correctly & it takes 3-4 chained to make it effective. Yeah, would be cool. Having the comb filter pitch reported in frequency would be useful as well....

Go to add module>modulator>envfollow. Then link an input signal to the envelope follower and link the envelope follower to a filter module's cutoff. The filter's cutoff will now increase or decrease depending on the amplitude of the incoming signal.
