I'm using Reaper and when I change the CC assignment on one instance of KFX, it changes the CC assignment for all KFX instances in the project.
This problem also plagues Vember Audio Surge.
If you could fix this problem by allowing patches to contain CC assignment information, that would be good.

The CC assignment is shared between all instances of the synth, since this means you can tweak control values on your midi device in a consistent manner each time you fire up the synth, regardless of which track your'e working on (since the settings are stored in the windows registry).
Of course, if all synth instances are listening to midi input simultaneously, this can give weird results, but midi routing it usually a breeze to setup inside the host.
However, the CC assignment in the synth is meant as a supplement to CC assignment in the host application, but should not been seen as as a replacement. If you want to real-time tweak individual control parameters in your track using a midi device, please use host CC assignment for setting this up.
