User Drawable LFO?

Post by steponeloops »

I mainly am a lurker too... but Argitoth's right: the forum could be even more vivid - and so I am posting right now - a question:

Is it possible to have something like a user drawable LFO? I would like to have something like the envelope, but with a simple loop option. That envelope seems to be fast enough... if there was a simple "loop" button in the envelope, I think I would be happy so far...

Now: is that a good idea? Or am I overlooking something?

And again: thank you for that beast! I am nearly getting evangelistic for that synth.

Yes, Argitoth is right of course, You can use either the envelope or the step modulator for that sort of thing. Actually I should propably make that clearer in the manual. Thanks for bringing it up !

btw: Interesting with the gif video, Argi...I'm planning on adding a video tutorial area for stuff like this, and have been looking for a good flash video recorder. So far I've found BB flashback
http://www.bbsoftware.co.uk/bbflashback/home.aspx
but I would prefer something that is free, so others than me can contribute. If you know any other software for this please let me know.

There is Camstudio: http://camstudio.org/

Camstudio can record directly to SWF. However, I don't think that will work because there will be no way to edit the video after recording.
