Hi, I've had a report of patches not showing up in the v2 patch browser for banks that are read-only (the banks with a lock icon next to them). I'm currently investigating, but have so-far not been able to reproduce this behavior.
Therefore, if anyone else has experienced this issue, I would be interested in hearing from you.

Note, that since the read-only banks are simply .zip compressed patch folders, a confirmed workaround is to manually uncompress them. However, this is of course far from ideal.
