Can I modulate the pitch of the input?

the input module isnt like a generator - ie it doesnt respond to notepitch and stuff - think about it the only way to use an effect to change the pitch of the incoming audio is if the effect does pitchshifting - and i havent found a pitchshifting effect module in karma yet

I hope i am wrong....but some kind of granular/pitch effect module would be nice if its not already there hey
