Sounds to me like a saw lead with a highpass filter applied, and then of course lots of echo and verb.
I'm not sure about amp/filter modulation though...you'll have to experiment if you want to get the exact same sound.

If it was me, I would start building the patch without any effects. Once you have that sounding nice and crisp, adding the effects will only make it better
