Hey guys I´ve got a serious problem to solve and i would like your help :(

I used to work on a PC but now i´m on an Imac 27" running Ableton Live.
And since the mac version of KarmaFX synth was released i was jumping all over my house thinking i could start to finish some old projects of mine.

The issue is that Ableton Live won´t find the KarmaFX running on my instrument channels. It says "Failed to load VST KarmaFX" and i have to load up the synth manually and the preset is gone. Is there a way to get around this?

Guys, what do i do ?
I appreciate all the help i can get.
Cheers
/Nic

Edit
PS: I tried searching the forum. With no luck though.

There is no vst version of KarmaFX Synth for Mac, only Audio Unit, which uses a different patch preset format.

So I would suggest that you first load your projects on the old pc (if possible??) and make a new bank where you export those presets you want to keep.

Then copy the bank to your Mac, and load up the presets into a new KarmaFX Synth Audio Unit instance, and save the result.

The patch format used in the synth is interchangeable between PC and Mac, so that would work (EDIT: the patch format I'm referring to here is the .kfx files).
